Judicial Nominee

There is something (actually a few things) about Judge Samuel Alito, Bush's nominee for the supreme court, that just doesn't sit right with me. It probably has to do with the previous errors and mistakes that the Bush administration has made. I have little or no faith in what they do. I still can't believe how convenient and timely a nomination this is for the Bush administration. Right when Bush is coming under attack for exceeded the powers granted to him by US law, he has a nominee who doesn't seem to have a problem with giving him more power.
